  • What are my options for loading Qantas Cash?

    Once you’ve activated Qantas Cash, you can load in any of the available currencies.

    We offer fee free load options. See Fees and Limits for more information.

    You have different options for loading Qantas Cash. You can either:

    1. Load via qantascash.com using Instant Load with a 1% fee, or load fee free using Bank Transfer or BPAY®;

    2. Load via the Qantas Cash mobile app using BPAY;

    3. Load directly via your bank using Bank Transfer or BPAY®.

    Each option has different benefits.

    Load via qantascash.com:

    Loading via qantascash.com using Instant Load, Bank Transfer or BPAY gives you full visibility of the load amount in foreign currency before you transfer funds to your card. This is a great option if you find current exchange rates attractive or if you want to load multiple currencies at once. Simply visit qantascash.com and login to My Account or see  How do I load Qantas Cash via qantascash.com using Instant Load, Bank Transfer, or BPAY? See below for more information.

    Load via the mobile app:

    Loading via the Qantas Cash mobile app using BPAY also gives you full visibility of the load amount in foreign currency before you transfer funds to your card, and is a great option if you’re on the go. Simply download the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, log in, and select ‘Load Funds’. See How do I load Qantas Cash via the mobile app using BPAY? See below for more information.

    Load via your bank:

    Loading directly via your bank using Bank Transfer or BPAY is a great option if you plan on spending at home.  If you have travel plans, you can change your default currency to the local currency of your next destination and your load will automatically be processed to that currency. The exchange rate, if your default currency is not set to AUD, will be applied at the time the transfer is processed, not at the time you initiate the transfer.  See How do I load Qantas Cash via my bank using Bank Transfer or BPAY? See below for more information.
