To be eligible to receive the new Qantas Card with the option of Qantas Cash you must be an Australian resident Qantas Frequent Flyer member 16 years of age or older. Other terms and conditions and fees and charges may apply. Heritage Bank Limited (AFSL 240984) (the Issuer) issues Qantas Cash under arrangements between it, Qantas and Access Prepaid Australia Pty Ltd (AFSL 386837) (a MasterCard business) (Access). Access distributes Qantas Cash (together with Qantas which is an authorised representative of Access for the purposes of providing general financial product advice with respect to Qantas Cash). Access and Qantas earn foreign exchange revenue from Qantas Cash transactions. Access receives a processing fee from domestic Qantas Cash "point of sale" transactions. Qantas receives revenue generated by Qantas Cash transactions based on interchange fees paid to the Issuer, deposits held by the Issuer, cardholder fee and certain rebates and incentives from MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd.

^ Qantas Points are earned on eligible purchases in accordance with the terms and conditions specified at qantascash.com. Eligible purchases do not include money orders, traveller’s cheques, gambling chips, adult entertainment or purchasing foreign currencies in cash. You do not earn points when loading funds to your facility, transferring funds to another currency balance or another member’s facility or when withdrawing funds from ATMs or cashing out your facility balance. Purchases that are reversed, refunded or charged-back are also ineligible for points earn, in addition to fees incurred.

+ Eligible Flights - Classic Flight Rewards and Points Plus Pay - Flights.

Classic Flight Rewards are subject to capacity controls and availability is limited, particularly around peak times such as school and public holidays. Some flights may not have any Classic Flight Rewards available. Classic Flight Reward fare conditions apply and are provided during booking. Taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable in addition to the Qantas Points required. Classic Flight Rewards flights must be booked at least 24 hours before scheduled departure (and other advance booking requirements may apply), unless you are booking on the Qantas website where you can book up to 2 hours before departure for domestic flights or up to 4 hours before departure for international flights. Applicable commercial fare rules and Points Plus Pay – Flights conditions apply. Points Plus Pay - Flights is not available for Classic Flight Reward bookings or the Book Now Pay Later facility. The Qantas Points required for Points Plus Pay – Flights include taxes, fees and carrier charges (except any local airport fees or charges collected at the time of check-in), are variable and only valid at the time of booking. Points Plus Pay – Flights must be booked at least 24 hours before scheduled departure unless booking on qantas.com where award bookings may be booked up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure for domestic flights or up to 4 hours for international flights. Requests for Classic Upgrade Rewards are only available on eligible paid and confirmed tickets on Qantas operated services (with a QF flight number on your ticket). International Classic Upgrade Rewards may be requested on certain international Points Plus Pay -Flights but are not available on Classic Flight Rewards or international airfares booked in E, N, O, Q or X class (which includes some Points Plus Pay – Flights and some international Red e-Deal fares) Members must have sufficient points for the Classic Upgrade Reward at the time of request and when the upgrade is confirmed. If there are multiple people travelling in your booking and all passengers are eligible family members, your online request for a Classic Upgrade Reward will apply to each passenger. If your booking includes passengers other than eligible family members, you will need to contact Qantas Direct to split the booking and then you will be able to request an upgrade online at qantas.com.
